Behind proxy, error

Helo guys, Im a geek with some trouble accesing isratrance from my work. The network its behind an Squid (Proxy) transparent to the users (me) and always i get the same error.
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://forum.isratrance.com/
The following error was encountered:
* Zero Sized Reply
Squid did not receive any data for this request.
All the 'Internet' its working. 
Recomendations are welcome.

this is usual squid error and we noticed that our users get it from time to time.
Sometimes cache clean on computer is enough, sometimes restart to squid, but we never figured out what's the source of the problem.
however we don't see it all the time. it's very very rare that someone complains...but for sure this is something about squid conf, i've seen lot of working squids as well.
if you have access, try check logs
any update on squid side would be appreciated so we would know what to answer in future;)
