as getting in the bed and till you go to sleep,
it takes some time. in this time some ppl like to think or make plans for the morning.
i reccomend to push play button and hear cd's
that'll help you to sleep .
mostly i hear Cosma's 'Non stop'.
this album is my goodnight pill.
what's yours .what other albums do you recomend for this time?

i used to do it a long time ago
usually with astral/mfg tracks 
that's really great and pleasent to the ears and mind.

I hear normally ambient/chill out. At the moment often Alidan and Kaya Project.
Alidan is so relaxed i fall asleep after some minutes

when im allmost asleep and listens to trance there r some sfx that scares me.. hahaha... mostly xemo
but alot more bizzar than that r the dreams i have once in a while i dont dream that im in a party or listening to a cd and suddenlly i hear trance in my dream just like that...  i guess i listen to trance to much sometimes... but there is not enoth trance for me
