It's not going to be possible to play with the bell type sound. That lead isn't bad but its not in key with the detuned bells you used. The build and drop brings in the new lead nicely but if you want to keep it you'll have to refrain from using the bell melody alongside it.
I used to post in the tracks forum a lot giving constructive criticism. More often than not I was met with hostility and I even said one time if everyone just listens and says oh yeah thats great stuff man and says nothing about how to improve it nobody will gain the feedback they seek...or perhaps dont seek.
However if you want to make a progressive track I believe you need to do some bass work. At a lower bpm you have much more things you can do with your bassline to create a groove. You have a dark/fullon groove here with a dark psy sounding bass (perhaps a bit heavy on the low end).
The song needs to be less detuned and more melodic. A progressive song can be thought of as a series of building blocks that slowly evolve until the peak of the track is reached when all the elements you have carefully arranged and brought in are playing.

yea , i totally understand your point, i'll work on that sound more,
here is track 2 in the progressive tries,, this one is incomplete also ,, and i will continue to update the progress on soundcloud as it happens ,, this trak is at 142 bpm , with a groovier bass, i think , and i tried to influence the sounds from old scando proggy sounds, i think, but the track is in progresss, what kind of structures can be used in this kindo bass? other than the general melodik keys delaying about , and fx'ed percussive beats , but any other variations? any advice would be kool!
peace and bom!

for progressive if i've always understood that you want to create a hip moving groove which happens around 120-130 142 is more of a fullon tempo i believe. and once again the bass sounds ike dark psy. mess with your cutoff and envelope to create a plucky progressive bass.

dont adhere to societal concepts of prog , this is my proggy , and i like the bass and its my progression ,anyway , it dont have to be at any specifik bpm ,it just depends on the bounce the colour u make them bounce at, depends on the percussion work, dependes on various sounds that complete the progression of sound and artist, but i'll keep ur words in mind cheerz

dude...ur music is good..but not proggy!!both the tracks.it sounds like a sanaton artist playing his track at 138&142 bpm...increase both bpms to 150 and u will know what i'm talking about...
get the sounds tighter and melodies a little more melodic..add a little emotion...even if u like dark proggy u should know that they have a lot of emotions...and most important...THE BOUNCE!its missing!!
ur second track is actually a nice dark track!!very sanatonish.but a little more work on the proggy pls.
cheers
