Well I really have to say that lets give DETOX some time to solve that thing. He wasnt involved in this situation from the beginning since he joined Starsound only later on.. I know him personally and he always seemed like a good guy to me.. So lets see what future brings us - I believe that the problem might soon come to it's end.
And if not... well there is this thread - continue updatin us

Although on the surface it seems as though starsound and menog solved this problem right here in this thread, I'm not sure how great it was to expose this to all of us. I mean if they owe menog money they should pay him but he has to always make sure anything decided by them is on paper, not just phone calls. it also doesn't seem like a "black and white" dispute, it's more grey.
and at the moment - this is how things work in trance. too much grey area. Instead of building a steady and reliable system that is a bit more legitimate and making the trance scene grow positively, everyone continues to operate under these conditions and making way for bigger corporations (like sony perhaps) to one day step into the picture and turn trance into a coca-cola festival. It's time for everybody to wake up. Labels have a responsibilty that's greater than they seem to understand. If you all want trance to maintain it's charachter you have to do things more proffessionally. |

Hi guys...
I just came back from great vacations and i read all these laughing.
Starsound is a known label with releases fromm many known artists and also me personaly with Detox and one more guy we organise the bigest trance events in Athens with the biggest names of the scene.
I don't know why the serious artists don't have a problem with us and someone who just entered the scene thinks that can fuck everyoneand spreads rumors about labels???
It's my mistake that i didn't hear another label owner from a known label saying "Don't release menog's cd.He's the worst personality i've ever met!"
My friend you have a big problem!
You got your advance and you never send me an invoice!
Unfortunatelly your release was the worst of Starsound.What can we do?It seems that people don't like what you make...
You want me to pay for something that was never release???
Please next time read better what you sign.
I don't like the tracks that you send me.I really think that they are crap comparing to what our new compilation will have.
If you need money so baddly you could ask me to lend you.
As for the Greek "producers":
Are you registered?????
How the labels will declaire the money that they give?
Why labels have to pay every month taxes and the "artists" don't?
Why all serious artists are registered and they give invoices???
All of you before you make any release you are willing to do whatever it takes to release something.Read the contracts before you sign!
As for you Menog,i feel very sorry man!
I should never release your alboum,i should never give you 1500 euro advance,i should never have brought you in Greece and give you 500 euro for a party....
If you have any problems we can find a solution in court!
Next time you'll write something bad for the label you're going to be sued automatically from my lawyer.he knows the story,he read all your theads and he's waiting...

1º-you never asked me for an invoce.
2º i told you 100 times that i needed the money so i could pay miguel from the estudio.
3º you treat people like trahs money makers!!!you never answer the Phone and even response with with a simple sms!! i send you a sms you response after 1 month!!!

you both sound like silly asses to me. maybe it was the right label for menog and the right artist for starsounds after all
