WOW!.. this is very sad. I will be careful with what goes on in our label(G-echoes)...
the best thing i think to do from now on, you send your tracks to labels in 128 mp3. As soon as you see the money in your bank you send them the good version that way you are safe.
It is a harsh lesson to learn but, i think we can learn from mistakes and tragedies.
We should keep this scene, clean, but i have heard of many labels that dont pay the artists.
Well Menog i hope you get this cleared up..
DETOX, I hope your able to find an answer from your label owner soon, because if you dont, this is gonna ruin your name too. I would be careful!

Hello...
Iīm still amazed whit this...
As a friend of Menog, iīm must say that this álbum really has a lot of work (a lot in deed), he (like all otherīs producerīs) made every kind of efforts,for this álbum to become true...And than what????
You get things like this...this kind of reward... Itīs very sad, and very dirty too, this all scene looks like the movies, and probably DETOX is now living some kind of "Delirium in Las Vegas", and is passing the bad acid scene...
Wake up Detox, canīt you see how fast your Name and StarSounds getīs dirty ...
Did you work for this???Does it worst...
People like you only help to ruin the Way How to live Trance ....

You see, this is exactly what I didn't want happening here- both Detox & Jhonny are not here to respond and everyones already convicted them. Especially Dani's friends.
Now again, I'm not saying Dani isn't right here, I know Yoannis is. But if you make this into a court with people convicted without giving them the right to answer- it's deleted- simple.
Even in court- not a place where justice prevails too much- when someone is accused of something he has the right to respond!

Me and Johnny Sin are currently on vacation at Paros Island where we also have some parties going on.We are here from the 1st of August and will return back home after the 20th of the month,the moderators already know where i am for a long time now.
Thats why i am not online a lot the last 2 weeks,i hope that this answer covers Slomi who missed me all this time,Menog who knows where i am and knows also that i personally answer all of his e-mails and messages and Hikari who patiently waited for my response.
About user x_rc4 i dont think that i have to say a lot of things for my name,you can ask everyone in the trance scene who has worked with me in the last year from Koxbox and X Dream to Total Eclipse and S Range about who i am and how i work.I like leaving other people talking about me rather than 'defending' myself to people like you who dont have an idea on who i am and what i do.
About my dear friend Triplex we have talked in the past about his case and he can check his personal mailbox for more info.
Now about Mr.Daniel also known as Menog.
1)Starsound NEVER asked officially to release your second album so please stop saying to the people that we are pissed off cause you dont want to release your new album with our label.You never said to us that you dont want to release your new album on Starsound cause simply we never asked you to do so officially,the only time that you and John talked about your upcoming album was on the phone where he asked you if you are interested in releasing your new album with us and you said that you will think about it,nothing more and nothing less than that,if you have mails or contracts that prove the opposite please feel free to show them in public and jeopardise us if possible.
2)You said that we owe you the royalties from the sales of your previous album on Starsound Records that you claim that you know that it sold out 2000 copies.Your album sold no more than 600 copies just for your info and was the worst selling release of our label and in case you need official papers you can contact Wirikuta that distributed your album.
3)Before saying that Starsound is the worst Greek label please try and remember why Natural Behavior was never released on another Greek Label and whose attitude is bad.
4)You have already been payed 1500 euros money advance from your debut album according to the contract and i say this cause some people might thing that we even havent payed you this money.
5)You have played in Athens for a Trance Alliance event that is affiliated with Starsound Records and you got payed all the money like the aggreement was.You didnt seem to have any problems with John back then.Also when another booking of yours was canceled by our organisation me and John promised you to make it up in September like we had in our plans,ofcourse this wont happen now because of your attitude.
6)Our new compilation will feature names like Total Eclipse,The Antidote and Silicon Sound and none of them was so demantive like YOU were.You were the first one to ask money beforehand for sending a track,something that i havent ever heard in my life before.How can we buy a track if we dont first listen to it???
And just for your info we didnt like your new tracks and they also dont match the style of our new compilation.

We at Starsound no longer wish to work with you Mr.Menog and dare you to proceed and talk with your lawyers cause thats what we are going to do when we get back to Athens for the damage that you are currently doing to the image of our label by saying things that are not valid and trying to influence people who dont know the whole truth.

Menog ,I must say ,lots of labels have lots of best tracks from lots of artists which won't release ever.
but it is all about what you signed on.
we can't know who is right and who is not , because we don't know what was wrote in the contract.
anyhow , take it easy , I can't see your nuts face through the post... it doesn't worth it !
I'm sure everything will get clear soon.
in the worest case ,if things won't get clear and you still feel they cheat you , discuss about it with lawyer.

me and jonh were in the phone now.
we came to a sense.
no lawyers.
he told me in greece, that the album sold 900 copys till then..but he was rong.only 600 were sold on wirikuta.
we agree that if i post that is all good, he will send me the money of the tracks IN THE END
OF THE NEXT WEEK.(LETīS SEE IF IS TRUE)
and the roaltys in the begining of september.
i will post again if he doesnīt paid me.
thanks shivas for let me show the world what was happening with me.......
this was shure a great help for me.
this was the only way of showing what was happening with me.
i have to say that it was nothing to do with detox...iīm sorry if you got envolved..
i will stay tuned for more info..if needed...i hope not.
