I just wanted to say that this problem is rampant! I mean I'm sorry but so many artists have stolen ideas from my head it's not even funny... 
I'm talking to you Tsabeat, I was the one who patented the kbbb bassline/kick so quit taking the credit and pay me some royalities now
Also guilty parties are POF, Perfect Stranger, and many others who seem to be releasing melodies that I thought of before I'm able to put them into my tracks! For shame 
  I don't use ideas. Every time I have an idea it's too limiting, and usually turns out to be a disappointment. But I haven't run out of curiosity. -RR |

as i understood from the first post, he actually released the track in a VA.
I just think that because its a not commercial or very popular project people dont give a damn. That's my point.
Its not easy to expose these kinds of issues, but sometimes that's all you can do, its not like he's going to sue him, i mean get real |

Uriya, you're making a huge deal out of a minor, childish dispute. The best thing you can do at this point is move on and forget about Jano or whoever. You aren't going to win.
You've contacted a lawyer? Have fun paying thousands to sue over a couple hundred at most.

damn,i dont even know whats wrong with you guys..
you acting like its a regular subject,and just moving on..
this guy s-t-o-l-e my works! and sell them!! (yeah,live show isn't free you know..! )
now for the last time,all i wanted to do is to warn all the lables,party orgenizers,and artists from this guy.
i probably did,so i guess its the end of the story from the viewers point.
if i will sue him or not? thats my issue.
and believe me: i'm more serius then you think i am..

dude seriously...
i worked with a lot of ppl on tracks, and some i eventually never finished; just basicly made 2 or 3 loops on, if someone would release a track with one of my loops in it without crediting me, i honestly wouldn't give a flying fuck... but hey that's just me...
