I've heard that that guy JANO is using my tracks and my project name in his live shows at mexico!
i tried to give him a chance,but no more! this was our MSN conversation,no need to say nothing:

some times i play the silence rmx track in the end man only that one the other ones are old now the people dont like too much right now the ohm shanti track i play all the time live and dj set
("Ohm shanti" is a track of my project named BOMB BASS,and "Silence RMX" is a remix that i did to Delirium)
he is also used MY guitar samples in his track (samples that my guitarist recorded specialy for me to the track called "GET PANIC") and RELEASED (!!!) this track in some unofficial VA on the net.
first time i gave him a chance cause i tought he may need some help,this time i am angry!
party orgenizers,lables,and promoters; be carefull from this man!

JANO,i'm not gonna talk a lot.
i will just write you some facts:
1. you dont know to write english.
2. you dont know how to make a bassline,and even be close to making my basslines.
3. you are just a lame kid.
4. i dont need you to get me gigs,it seems that i'm already in mexico as we see, you used my tracks on many live shows.
5. i dont need to come mexico to know that you are doing this a long time,i have friends in mexico to you know...
6. if you have any succes on geting gigs,its because you riding on others back.
7. any of this facts and others will be on an official sue that i will do on you,very soon.

Well, as the guitarist who recorded these samples
I must say that the samples are made for BOMB BASS tracks, and for BOMB BASS tracks only!
at the point i made the samples JANO was a member of BOMB BASS and he started an Idea...
But later me and URIYA decided that the track really needs rebuilding and we made another track called GET PANIC to use the samples in it....
what JANO have done is wrong, he is using BOMB BASS samples on his tracks,
and the worst part is that he has actually
done completed his original track using
BOMB BASS samples without permition
after Me and URIYA got him out of BOMB BASS.
and that's the truth, cause he never came to me
and even said he's going to use these samples, not to even mention the word
ASKED!

if you maked this track with your samples like you said..
why did you apologized to me when i talked with you about it?
do you want me to remind you ho you told me that you sorry that you used those samples and release them without promission?
