When i make a kick in Bazzism and choose it to start on a specific frequency (note) and end in the same on, but in lower scale, and then check the kick in melodyne, melodyne always show that the kick is in exactly one note above the note i choose in Bazzism. Why is this?

I'd be careful of trying any pitch analysis tools on kicks to try and determine a 'pitch', simply because of the way a kick is constructed. There's a thing called pitch modulation and it's evident on synthetic kick drums, if you have ever synthesized a kick, you'll know in order to get the punch, you apply a fast pitch modulation envelope, this occurrence in synthetic kicks can play havoc with pitch detection tools and fool you into assuming that's what the pitch is. When in fact, the pitch rapidly changes in microseconds across the duration of the sample and if you did a reading like this, you'd see that this is the case for the majority of the time.
