yeah, you have to save the cell in any directory, and opens it as you would with any other audio file

use thw multichannelversion of battery. then assign battery to a mixerchannel. then this channel is assigned to the first output of the vst. the next channels will play the other outputs.

Yes thet is in cubase, but in fl you can assign only one mixer chanel per instrument, so its inposible to assign difrent cells from battery to difrent chanels on fl mixer.

please try it. go to fl studio support forum. there you find the solution.

once you have done what reflex said, you can send the output from each cell to separate insert tracks in the FL mixer by doing the following steps.
1. In Battery click on a cell that contains one of the samples used in your drum loop.
2. Click on the far left tab in Battery, labeled "Cell". This brings you to the Cell editing page for that cell.
3. Look to the bottom right hand corner of the Battery "Cell" screen and click on the box next to "Ch". That should open up a drop down box with 16 stereo channels to send output from Battery to the FL mixer or 30 mono channels - 3 through 32, with channels 1/2 reserved for the stereo master channel. Select a channel pair (if stereo) or single channel (if mono) and the audio will be routed to a separate insert track in the FL mixer. "ST 3/4" will send audio from the highlighted Battery cell to FL Mixer insert 1 and FL mixer insert 2, ST 5/6 to insert 3 and 4 and so on. Whereas selecting a mono channel in Battery for routing will send the audio to a single insert track in the FL mixer.
EDIT:
You can also make the routing assignment for cells from the Modulation and Effects tabs in Battery. Also, if you do not see the full list of channels in the Battery CH box when you select it, add more channels by going to the Options menu under the File tab in Battery to increase the number of available routing channels.
4. Arm each FL mixer track that you have routed Battery audio to with Edison (set each instance of Edison up to record "On Play"). Hit Play and record each part of your kit as separate audio files for importing into other (inferior :}) software for further processing. Bob's your uncle.
Hope that helps.
