I would love to learn how to assign automation to parameter faders the "Loop" section (e.g. "Start", "Length") in NI Battery 3.
I've been vainly trying to do it but no result.
I can automate other knobs and faders though.
Help needed, I can't believe that NI have not implemented this feature in the new version.

Its not possible to automate this.
Battery 3 uses a 2 step process of automation.
In standalone or plug-in mode:
Click f10 which takes you to the automation page.
You have to physically grab the modulation and drag and drop it on the specific parameter you want to automate. You can then click the learn button and just assign it.
When you try to do this with the parameter faders of "start" and "length" it will not do that.
Any paramter that shows the circle with the line in the middle is not automatable.
