ok guys , i just got my hands on batttery 2 yesterday and it is sooo kool , with all the new enhancements and even sounds way better !
but now i have a project that i started off with battery 1 .. i want to replace the plugin with battery 2 .. but retain all the settings for the samples ... any idea how to do it ??? |

Well i guess you should just save the whole kit, then check your output settings in battery 1, load battery 2 instead battery 1, apply the output settings, load back the saved kit file.
Hope it does the trick.

You can have both battery 1 and 2 installed. It doesn't take much space in your hard drive. If you don't like that idea, try renaming the dll file of battery 2 to the same as the dll file in battery 1. It might work.
(10 minutes later...)No, sorry. Just tried that. Doesn't work. There must be a way to cheat cubase into thinking it's loading battery when it is loading battery 2. Any programmers on site? |
