Try selecting all the notes in cubase's key editor. Then use the LEGATO feature (from the drop down menu). Change the value to a negative number (-0.080) and this will stop each note playing just before the next one starts.
Also try experimenting with the number you use for the Legato as some synths may need a longer or shorter gap, so find the one that fits best.
Also, some patches for Tritium can be found for free at www.kvr-vst.com

select all the notes in the key editor,
catch their right edge,
and shorten it holding the CTRL button.
also as it was said before, play with the release and decay parameters in the amp envelope.

2 other ways:
1. adjust the envelope of your bassnote (may need to resample), if u can't then
2. make it monophonic, so only one note sounds at a time. Adjust the note so that the 16ths sound natural.
It depends of course on what synth you are using, I don't know Tritium. But if u resample it than you might find that the individual notes are easier to adjust in a sampler such as Kontakt (using envelopes, etc).

You could also use sidechain compression (if you have a compressor wit sidechain input) so every time the kick playes the bass note falls in volume.(called ducking). I gives a really cool bouncing effect.

I don't think that this option exists in SX2.
Maybe in Pro Tools or HW compressors
