What about using delays on bassline?
I know that some artists also use delays on bassline and in some particular tracks you can notice it and it makes a nice effect offcourse cause it sort of double the effect but somehow i never managed to make a nice bassline using delay!
Any suggestions?

Neville, try using a send delay with a high-pass eq inserted before it so the delayed notes don't interfere with you low frequencies.
Another thing that i started using is a midi-delay effect. This effect takes your midi notes and creates new midi-information, making it seem like there's a delay on the instrument. You can do really nice stuff with it. |

So simple, so good!
A like one note bassline...
Fragletrollet, after the 3:15 the bass changes: it becomes bbbKbbbK... or bbKbbKbbK... ??
