Bassline.gr Radio Network announces its new co-operation with one of the best and most respected Progressive-Trance labels, Iboga Records. From now on, you will have the opportunity to listen to the newest and hottest releases of Iboga Records, Iboga Mexico, Sofa Beats and Prestige Music on our radio. Regarding to the Psychedelic / Progressive Trance stream, we took under consideration all your thoughts and ideas, and we are going to offer pumpy progressive trance tracks at the morning, and fat dancing psychedelic music at night. Last but not least, from 22:00PM to 2:00AM (GMT+2 Athens Time), you have the possibility to choose your OWN favorite tracks for airplay (Bassline.gr Request System) . The link for the request system is http://www.bassline.gr/request.php . We will soon have the same Request System setup for our Chill-out stream also. Any comments/ideas/suggestions can be send through our contact form on our website.
Regarding to both streams, as you can see, we have upgraded our sound quality to 48k AAC+ and the streams sounds EXTREMELY good ! Have a listen and you will understand what we mean. In addition, we have expanded the psychedelic stream to 30 concurrent listeners right now, due to our listeners' traffic demands.
Moreover, our forum and RSS is currently down due to changes in one of our servers. Our mail server has also been transfered to Google's servers, and in general this was a frustrating week for us...The power supply to one of our servers has also failed.We are sorry for any inconvenience with interrupts and off line times, but all these problems have been cleared out now.
We are also working hard on the new weekend shows that we have announced in the previous newsletter. Technically, everything has been setup and the weekend shows are ready to start. Nevertheless, setting up times with the djs and artists seems to be a rough thing (bookings worldwide etc), but I'm positive and i think that we will manage to do this. You will find more info about the schedule of our weekend shows on our main page ( did you noticed the new black scroller thing ? ).
