No problem. I just added a really simple tutorial about making kicks on my youtube. Sound forge makes it very easy to make kicks just by playing with the pitch bend on a sine wave allows you to make most dance kicks.

Must be on your end. I just tested it. The only one currently not working is http://www.eusid.com because the name servers haven't updated yet. Actually yay eusid.com is working now too!
