hey u all

can some explain this to me..

theres so much bass in here but u can't hear the notes at all. it just blends so well in the mix..
How is it done?           Ohh yeah. fiddle and boom. Ableton addict :)

Much of the low env there comes from the kick. It's a longer kick than usual, and has a lot of sub - check where your kick ends and at which note.

To get this bass put a LP filter and lower the freq cutoff parameter. For the actual sound I'd go with a saw or triangle wave slightly FM'ing a sine wave.

Than, after the both sound good togethre, use a multiband compressor and focus on the sub bass frequencies and bass frequencies to make it strong and consistent - but dont overdue it! It's really easy to overdo, so put it at a setting you like, and then bring the mix knob a bit down to reduce the effect.           Super Banana Sauce http://www.soundcloud.com/knocz

u cant hear bass? its prominent on my speakers.

its average sub freqs. how big is your cone?

lol yes you. don't be shy.
those frequencies will rock ur girlfriends world if your cone is 6" and over.
its not how you use it, as they say.
When it comes to cone size , bigger is better im afraid.
