theres so much bass in here but u can't hear the notes at all. it just blends so well in the mix..

Much of the low env there comes from the kick. It's a longer kick than usual, and has a lot of sub - check where your kick ends and at which note.
To get this bass put a LP filter and lower the freq cutoff parameter. For the actual sound I'd go with a saw or triangle wave slightly FM'ing a sine wave.
Than, after the both sound good togethre, use a multiband compressor and focus on the sub bass frequencies and bass frequencies to make it strong and consistent - but dont overdue it! It's really easy to overdo, so put it at a setting you like, and then bring the mix knob a bit down to reduce the effect.
