Good night to all creators , my question is : if the comression on group of b+k can really possitive to improve low freq. To be souding more stronger and softer if you understand what imean? My combo is eq before group incoming,-each one separate eq , in group is c1 waves on small ratio between 1.5 to 2.5 tresh on half ,atack 0.7 ,release 20, after goes ultramax. waves on -3db with 1 point of overload , is that wright to put that setup on bus or group?thanks to all for suggestion! |

For my opinion 95% of the kick bass combo it's the samples themselves. you need to have good bass and kick that fits together.. |

Does it sound better, compared to pressing the bypass button? If yes, then yes.

hi looper..
it's nice to get a kick in the same key off the bass, actualy i'm using a kick that really fits with my bass... cause?? they where bounced from the same wave..
try the multiband compressor (cubase)

Ihave made little experiment with some analyzers (db ,rms ,and frequency) on b+K group , ithing that comression has possitive affect on wave... but only if bass has from 20% to 30% lower db than kick (imean if you maximize kick to max db without overloading, maximize bass 20%-30% lower) before comression , and after comression you maximize it to maximum db with overload 1 , put your level on bus -3db ,and you will got really good rms power on main bass section ,with massive kick and glued on that bass line, ireally checked it with bypassed mode and all effects on, and effect was incrediable . Imean the bass was really soft and feeling each note and kick was like bassball ,peoples ihave tryed it its nice!!! ,but iwant something else to try and tell me if you got same powered bass kick group ???!!!

Chichke firstable thank you for your comment, the bass and kick group channel maximized on 0db and level (fade)of group is puted over -3 db not more!
The bass source is put gain on 90from 100 ithink that its enough! |

1 thing that i found that works great i to compress before eq because working with the cmop' after eq will boost the freq' that you want to get rid off
u give a littel love and the world smile right back to u |

I used to because people told me that was the right thing to do, but then I stopped because I couldn't see the point of it.
