Hello,

I have this bass running and I can't get rid of this clicks...

Identify where do the clicks come from - Albino, compressor or chopper. Then tweak;)

i would use audio for best chop imo
then make 0.0.0.1 or 2 fade in..
usualy solve all unwanted clicks without damage
would think twice on snare tho for example.. really can take the life out of it.. but we talk on bass yeah..

use chopper with attack and release capability (eg mgtriggergate - free).
