for basslines that fit the whole 3 notes. others is up to you and easier mind that note lenght (1/32, 1/16, etc) has a major role here.

amp: minimal attack, decay and sustain to taste, minimal release (you can also increase it, sounds nice if you have the synth as monophonic, be careful as the last note will hit the kick).
filter: do the same but with some release.

here is one way to do it

no/small attack, no sustain, no/small release. use the decay to set the note length. tweak the attack and release to get it as smooth as you like, they should both be pretty small tho, like less than 10ms maybe

for a bit of punch you can use a similar envelope for the filter, with maybe a longer-ish attack

if your bass line is in 16th you might want to 32nds to trigger it to give it a bit of space
