In expectation of the Amsterdam Dance Event 2013, Europe's biggest dance event, Balkan Connection Records proudly presents a compilation with 9 exclusive tracks from some of our best artists.
It was a little more than a year ago when the Dutch based producers Yoram, Sjoerd Korsuize, Oscar Holgado and Marc Pollen hooked up after 'meeting' through SoundCloud. Their progressive style in producing music and their passion for music in general was the foundation of a new friendship. Balkan Connection has already spread their wings towards South America years ago, but the Balkan sounds are now popular worldwide and also in the Netherlands. So why not go to Amsterdam during the Amsterdam Dance Event? Everybody that means anything in dance music must be in Amsterdam during these 5 days in October! So also Balkan Connection with some of their finest.
Now, after months of preparation Balkan Connection is very proud to present to you this compilation. The artists that are represented on this compilation bring the East and West together in a very progressive manner. The East is represented by Jelly For The Babies & Odison (Serbia), Vanyano (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Ewan Rill and Magnetic Brothers (Russian Federation), and Stas Drive (Ukraine). Yoram, Sjoerd Korsuize, Oscar Holgado and Marc Pollen represent the West from Amsterdam. The Amsterdam Dance Event is all about meeting new people from all over the world who share a common passion: electronic dance music, so please check out our vision on progressive house and let's talk about it over a beer in October!
