Let's share who uses what accessories such as bags or cases while going on tour or just travelling with laptop and midi keyboard?

I tried different things, thou never had special cases or bags for the gear. They main trouble is when you travel by air nasty loaders are throwing cases and bags furioulsy, braking the thing which aren't really firm.

It is good if one has laptop and NanoKontrol which fit into hand laggage. But what kind of cases you take if the setup is bigger then that?

I have 3 small bags which I carry under a large coat when I travel. One has my Virus, another a midi controller and a 3rd my cables and travel documents. I have a laptop backpack also. When checking in and boarding at the gate, I wear the three bags under my coat so the plane crew won't see them until after I'm on the plane, and the rest of the time and while going through security I wear the bags over my coat.

Works every time!

equipment i take to each gig:

waldorf blofeld
novation x-station 25
13" macbook
cables n stuff
headphones
power supplyers

bags used to carry the stuff:

magma headphone bag (headhpones/powersupply x-station)
novation gigbag 25 (holds everyhting else)

works nice, everything is cabine baggage and i use to wait until all other people already boarded and that way i become the nasty person throwing my stuff onto others

jokes besides, nice solution, worked fine so far. arriving i use to get my stuff out as first....

cheers           FUCK GENRES, LOVE MUSIC!!!!
