Exactly Kaatisu - Jonathan and everyone else who's intent is in the right place.. I think everyone values opinions whether we disagree or not but to trash or bad mouth what you don't like is pointless.
Aside from the technical aspects of trance there is a huge emotional and spiritual side. There are songs that just touch you (Muses Rapt comes to mind).. although I don't believe in moral relativism- in the arts -bad and good is subjective.
I can understand why someone may not appreciate XDream's style but to say that it's bad music is just wrong. XDream, Hujaboy etc.. make the music they make and reach all the people they reach for a reason..they are doing something right and I for one thank them :-)

it all problem of taste in the music, some think that some albom is good, and some that isnt... keep your opinion to your self, dont write it here. and how some one sayd all ready, if some artist sea that stuff that you write on his music, it realy hurts!
and how can you say that x-dream -iriant is a bad albom?? it is E X E L E N T ! ! !

Well Space Ninja. I don´t agree with u at all. I really like the album Paranormal from S.U.N Project. In fact, one of my favourite album fro all groups. I know that most of u don´t like guitars, but I do like.
Btw, Luna(special mix) is one my favourite tracks ever... |

the majority of threads on this site are based on peoples opinions!
top 10s for instance!!
they are pure opinions
i dont understand why the majority of people who replied to this thread can care about whether a cd is goood or bad in someone elses opinion
some cd releases are crap you know

I just wanne add an important point, when I just started listening to Psy-Trance, I used bad words like "crap" and "shit" etc about releases / artists I did not like.
But then I started thinking (literally) - music is a form of art, and the people who are doing it (and I don't mean people who don't take any effort or thought before releasing track / song) put a great effort and thought, and are working very hard to create and to give others thier perspective of music, so how can I, that i'm only a side viewer can call someone else's work crap ???
This is very wrong and insulting, not to mention rude and disrespectful to other's "opinion". how would I feel if I created a track and someone will call it shit ?
Now I give every single person creating music first of all alot of respect. second if I do not like the track, I don't consider it bad, I just think - I don't like it, this is not my taste. I don't think someone's music is better then others, everyone got a different point of view and taste about thier music, it is only a matter of taste, so stop thinking about what's wrong in Trance culture / music, and think about the good sides - you have to take every music for what it is and what is it made for. people who listen to, for example morning music, and say it's bad because it's too slow or something, miss the point, every music is created for a special reason and atmosphere, get my point ? :)
And for the stuff you dislike, stop bitching and look for ways for improvments, that is all.

Authentik - Preamplified (the first part sucked, the second part was very good)
Intact Instinct - Plattenfedermanometer
Kinetico - Atmosphere
also, GMS are not very good, imo.
