Im having some problems with the timing of the kickdrum in fruity loops and i really don´t know how to solve this problem.I know i can match the timing of the song by fading out the kickwavfile in a sampler but i still really
don´t get the timing right!
What about really long kickdrums?
Anyone who has some tips on how i can improve the timing?

I guess drawing an shorter note in piano roll will shorten the length of kick, but anyways fading out works for me in most cases.
Longer the tail, more fading is needed.
That's how I'm dealing with some samples that I like, I fade the most of tail and leave what is left in 16th region, so there isn't interfering with first note of 16th bassline.

shortening notes in the piano roll doesnt affect samples unless u turn on crossfade loop (crf knob) in the sample property menue. either u do that or just do a fade out like xsze said.
in fl at least dunno about other daws behaviour in that case :O!

A good ADSR that's connected to the midi note star and stop messages is what you'll need; than you can control how certain parameters can be automated upon receiving a MIDI note on or off message.
In FL Studio you should find the envelope in the channel settings, in the INS tab. Press VOL sub tab, turn on the led and tweak the envelope to your flavoring.
