A short tutorial for the people strugling with melodies.

This is the last tutorial I'm going to do until the winter because i simply dont have time for it

Another thing you can do in Ableton that can be good for inspiration is to put a Random device in front of your instrument and then a Scale device after the Random device, set to the root note of the scale to the root note of your track. Now your MIDI notes in your melody will be randomized (how much depending on the Random parameters), but they will always be in scale. record the MIDI from that track for 8-16 bars and you're almost sure to get something you can get some inspiration from.

good psilocybian, thanks.
But the melody not need to be only the notes of the scale. You can Uuse everynotes on melody, if sounds good. it is more a reference, of course.
