WOW great nap after a great weekend. I'm not sure if the weather forecast scared away potential campers but whoever was not there missed some amazing music. I arrived friday around 9pm to the toe tapping sounds of anthem trance. I snuk on stage for a short while playing some darker progressive ala Zenon rec. just long enough to warm it up for Facehead who was absolutely ridiculous. he played a super dynamic set, I have not heard Chuck play in a while and most of the music i did not recognize. Luckily he passed some tracks along for me to listen to on the drive home, believe me they will get more play than just on that trip. Mayur brought us back to reality gently with some slick Iboga progressive, allowing us to conserve just enough energy to stomp away on Saturday. Shapestatic, another act which i have not seen in far too long, Alex and Kris are still two of my favorite domestic producers. Alot of energy and time went into their live set and proof showed through every FAT bassline and whirling panning lead. Great toons, where's the second album mates? Progress was awesome, slick full-on night time psy, many of the songs i did not recognize but all were well arranged and and perfectly delivered. Brandon Adams played a deliciously dark set (a style I have not heard from him) and note to promoters he will deliver a killer dark set so book him for it! (sorry Brandon ). Konflux I had never seen live but after this set I will never miss again (if possible). I was thoroughly blown away by his maelstrom of psychedelia! pleasantly brooding fullon with some darker notes was a perfect closer for this mini-festy. If i can still count, this is Radial engines 4th party and the second one I have played for. Spectrum Rob sets the bar pretty high for booking great artists, providing a comfortable and safe venue to dance at and his concern for the comfort of the artists is incomparable. Radial engine parties definitely have a spot on my summer trance calendar and to any wise trancers out there be sure not to miss the next installment.

beauutiful land, and good fun. the dancefloor was soft and without rocks or roots. Brandons set made it ok that it was raining. Many artists MIA. Shapestatic turned their old tunes into newer more energetic compositions live. Robs aunt made me the best plate of food ive eaten while traveling for music to date. Rory and anya thanks for the communications. Rob was very hospitable and put on a good show.

Thanks for a great time,

:chuck:

Hey Psyfolks, I just wanted to thank everyone for contributing to a real nice party. Thanks to all the DJ's, friends, old and new, that helped set up and take down and keeping the place clean. Thanks to Yuriy(Progress) for taking my kids fishing so I could keep things going. Also want to thank my Dad who help with DJ flight and ground travel logistics and especially my Aunt Nancy who provided us with such a nice place to hold a Psytrance gathering and using her clout to keep the local authorities out. Anyway, I might do The Fall into the Future II in october at the same place, but have also been looking at other possible venues.
Hey, does anyone have video??? It would be great to see and for future promotion. Also, I have some nice pics on my myspace page.

Hope to keep this thing going and growing.

Finally back at a computer to post a review. Unfortunately could only make it for the last 6 or 7 hrs of the music, but thoroughly enjoyed everything i heard from Fractal Phono thru Facehead and Konflux! Disappointed to miss yet another set from Progress though. Anyways, the land, weather, and vibe were great, even with a modest turnout. When the music stopped, it was nice to have audible conversations and just relax. Huge thanks to Rob for everything he put into making this happen smoothly and comfortably. Glad to have a guy like him working and partying with us

Thanks for the complements and thanks Rory for the great pics. I'm starting to think about "The Fall into the Future II" possibly first weekend of october. Gotta make sure there's not another party conflicting. Just confirmed Billy Boogie ) Peace out and see you at the Psybotik's party.

wasn't it free? while its incredibly admirable to hold a free events its impractical. if you feel weird about charging i suggest a recommended donation and explain what you're spending the money on. gas, generators, portajawns, taxes to the man, etc. I am always happy to contribute what I can to keep the waves flowing
