What is the voice sample here and where is it taken from ?
I am doing an analysis on some samples.

I had a listen to the voice sample and I can't quite make it out. It sounds a bit like Ian McKellen as Gandalf in the LOTR films and says something like "... god king ... another ring of power."
Maybe someone else can confirm exactly as I can't pin it down for certain.
