Ayahuasca ritual in Brasil?

Hey everybody!
Anybody knows where I can find a place were they do ayahuasca rituals???
A link would be nice! My friend and I are gonna be around Salvador after UP, and we have ben talking alot about trying ayahuasca.
But we wanna do it, the way the shamans do it out in the jungle ;-) So if anybody got any kind of INFO that would be NICE!

Nice to see friends from other coutries interested in ayahuasca
I guess it will not be difficult to you to find rituals here... there are many ayahuasca groups and churches. But i dont know about salvador. Maybe someone from Bahia could recommend any specific place.
Maybe you could check Santo Daime site, there you can get some more infos. But depends on what you want to do...

Me and some friends, we have a small independent ayahuasca group here in rio de janeiro, working in a beautiful ethno-botanical garden, planting and make some rituals. OK, please try to understand that:
Drug related discussions are not allowed at IsraTrance, but info the ritual itself and posting links to help other IsraTrance users is allowed as long as they comply with the guidelines.
This is a delicate issue and please try to focus in the topic and in helping our friend, otherwise this topic will be locked/deleted.

IMO - UDV & Santo Daime are not 'the way the shamans do it out in the jungle '
if you want to experience this then the best is to go to the amazon and do it there with indegenous people

imho, this thread should be deleted. the guy who posted it wants to TRY ayahuasca, he didn't mentioned any ritual. thereforth....drug related = delete. |

ayahuasca is a drug, but is legal as alcohol is..
if somebody will delete this, then should delete all topics related to alcohol, tobacco, coffee.... |

The sacrament drink Santo Daime/Ahyauasca is legalize in Brasil since 1987, whatever you say about is a drug is wrong...

Daime no is drug, exist yes some psyactive substances
I'm brazilian and say: in first time go to "church" because in the forest with indian people is more roots, necessary be prepared for experience.
The first ask informations... and other make ur point view...
In the Web have information about what have in... and we will see medical information about.
i hope if u find ur way.
