awesome morning track ID (by sample)

Hello,
I was at party this spring and SF DJ Dr Spook played this great morning track where a sample came on which sounded like a weather man and all i can recall is it ending stating: "AND REMEMBER, DON'T FORGET YOUR SHADES!!!"
Everybody i've spoken too at the party wants to know what track that is...can anybody help me ID it??

I was at that party too ... what a mindblowing sample. Everytime I think about that event it plays in my head. Still looking.
Help. Anyone???
Its probably a Geomagnetic records release.
I think the sample also included " look at that beautiful sunrise" or something along those lines. |
