automation in stylus rmx and virus poco

hi,
i try to automate the panning for stylus rmx, there is this automationtrack called pan but the panning is not happening when i write it , there is a number changing but not like r and then different numbers. also i hear no panning.
anybody knows how to automate the panning of stylus rmx in cubase. or if not possible this way in stylus itself? i see there is a easy panning knob but i am talking about automation of it.
and about virus poco. i would like to assign the cutoff from the easy to my midicontroller but when assigning i have to choose from one thousand names and i dont see something like easycutoff,. somebody knows how this cutoff is called?

Hi Vipal,the controllernumbr for the Cutoff is #40

Not so in the Virus.
It doesn't matter if the green R Button is on or not.We are talking about midicontrol CC# not internal Parameter automation.

maybe i misread his post but i thought he was also asking about automating pan in stylus, which was what i was talking about. the brightness thing was just something i noticed about automating filter cutoffs in cubase.

so indeed 40 is the CC-number for the cutoff in (poco) Virus easy. great to know!
for stylus rmx i am still looking for the cc-number of the panning. and yes i know that automation has te be read to work. |

well. while digging a bit deeper in automation comfort i would like to assign my generic remote in cubase to cutoff for virus poco, and i dont manage to fill in an a cc numer. its like i really have to select a name in the huge list of possible automation options.
so .. anybody knows the virus poco name for cutoff in easy tune mode?
checked the manual, its says .....cutoff..but this is not in the list i get when selecting value/action in device setup generic remote.
