My suggestion would be very simple or if you fancy more, minimal; PAY OFF the artists for the 2008 edition  |

and my sugestion would be even simplier:unless you are an artist who is owed money from the festival,stop intefering with other;s people financial business.and if any artist has any problem he should post it himself,not you!(or anyone else not directly involved)

i just believe that some matters are better to be discussed in private.and i suppose that you(or anyone else) is not in position to know what are the deals and the economical situation between the organizers and the artists...so propably no good thing or no possible solution will come out of comments like this!

propably...but theres a chance that we might get to hear an official answer from someone whos involved with the festival organisation what is really going on and why are still the artists unpaid....

well maybe some artists/projects/djs that we havent listen them so much.
and for sure the same or bigger ambient stage with more good artists.will be amazing to see again ultimae's record roster (for me the best ambient label).some of us wants to listen more stuff than speedy bmps and a classic kick and bass.

i really dont see the reason that you should care about this,and why you should have an "official answer" mate..are you the lawyer of some artists or something?why do you care about other people's money?as i said,if you are an artist and you think this is the right way to claim your money back(in case the organizers still owe you money)then ok.....
but in any other occasion,it seems to me like pure gossip..

dear moderator,
this is exactly what i wanted to avoid, i dont think i have to be the artists lawyer to ask for an official answer from the organiser, and you dont seem to understand what ive said in my previous posts. I do not like to repeat myself but have to when needed so here we go :
THERE ARE STILL ACTS/DJS (call them artists if you want) who HAVE NOT got paid...to see the organisers posting such a thread here and asking suggestions for next years festival is, allow me to say so, rude and disrespectful firstly to the people waiting for the money and an honest answer and then to everyone who knows the situation...
So please leave the irony aside, as you are the one who acts like a lawyer of the aurora festival. I believe they can go on here and post an official answer, so i ll have to ask you to end this here by acting like you defending them when you do NOT obviously have a clue about the situation.I do not think that you should get involved; just because you are a moderator doesnt mean you should have an opinion about everything, especially when you do not know what have happened.
Thats all i have to say, now go on Aurora organisers and let us know what is really going on ... ? |
