Hmmm... somewhere shady and cool with a river, perhaps? I wonder how many more people will come this year. Isn't there an AUM festival website?
As you may have noticed, I'm not all here myself... Check out Cheshire Moon Clothing for some psychedelic threads! http://www.myspace.com/cheshiremoonclothing

here's a vid of me n bodhi wreckin shop as monks of madness at Aum, it was during saturday night so its hard to see what's going on.
when you're in youtube land, just do a search for Aum fest and you'll find vids of lot of the artists. there's a daytime vid of ghreg on earth, dj lauryn, and some other ones.

yea I think airfare was a factor. I personally drove people from the airport to the fest but the honda isnt a very big taxi and after 3 or 4 trips I got kind of tired of being that guy lol.
I guess I might have to put another summer of serious miles on her this year. last year I did 10k, looks like another one of those if I'm driving to gaian mind and then to cali.. I was contemplating that for gemini anyway........

yea, another large factor in attendance was the lack of promotion materials in Arkansas. We have had trance events since the 90's, and some have had attendances in the mid-hundreds.... there are several "hip" towns within very easy driving distance.....but the thousands of hippies who live in the area never heard or saw a thing.... Maybe a choice on the promoter's part, not wanting a bunch of rednecks, but hell, I know trance dj's who didnt even know it was happening... Had the music community been informed, especially with the special cost for the in-state'ers, there would have been multiples of the attendees from the area....simple enough
