not always in party but many a times at night i hallucinate somewhere jimihendrix or byrds playing for hours while no mzk in the room ............. i am on the first floor at my home and when at 3 in the morning i go down to check there is no one out side or no way mzk can reach from outside .............. but yes grass is influential 
and at times i wake my wife up to confirm if its there but ............. and now a days she says yes yes YES i can hear it too  now get some sleep

I think the most probable time when you can hear a hallucination and know it is one is when it is quiet. The last time for me was in the forest right after a party. I sat quietly alone and all of a suddent I hear this beautiful music and the trees singing "ohm". This was very enjoyable until I realized it was a hallucination... :-(

I definitely find this. music sounds different to me even when i am with different people. the group vibe definitely changes the way i hear the music...and even when i am not listening to music i will make music in my head...some crazy psy thats a flavor all my own. i love havin music playin in my head cause its waaaay crazier than anything that has been actually made. engineered for me by me, so duh id enjoy it. i also find that when i am with my friends if i project that groove that they can grab onto it. its like they actually hear it, ill be standin there dancin by myself and then all the people around me look and they start dancin too, although there is no music playing. very funny
