Audiophile 192 Problem

Hello,
I've got M-Audio Audiophile 192 card but when I try to play guitar using Guitar Rig I get no sound. When i go to "Monitor Mixer" panel on the card's driver, I see that there is a signal but I don't hear anything on my speakers. I connected to both "Left In" and "Right In" but the problem is still there. My monitors are connected to "Mon Out L" and "Mon Out R" so I don't think that's the isssue. Any ideas? Tx

thanks for your response but no that's not what I meant. Let's say before when I had my Creative Audigy 2 ZS card I could put my guitar in line in and play with guitar rig, now that I do the same it doesn't work on audiophile card. When I open M-Audio Delta Control Panel>Monitor Mixer I see that there is a signal in H/W In 1/2 however it doesn't seem to work with Guitar Rig and pretty sure it wont work in Cubase Sx as well.
Any suggestions?
