Audio track auto tempo adjust VST

Is there a VST/effect that can do something like this in Cubase? I remember before using Sony Acid Loops I could use a tool to auto adjust the volume of an audio track to match the BPM of the mix.

You might want to look in the manual and read up on musical mode.
