Audio tagging programs

Does anyone know of a good audio tagging program?
I'm using the Cubase media bay at the moment, but it doesn't really do what I want it to. I want to be able to make my own sub menus.
I've done a google search and there are quite a few avalible, but rather than me spending hours tagging audio files only to find out the programs a load of crap, I thought I'd see if anyone is actively using one that they're happy with. |

If it is, thats not what I'm after.
I want to be able to tag individual samples with sub menus so I can find them faster, ie, FX - Sweep - Rise - White noise..ect
