i dont know if they are really amazing  , i think these are from the most common and best buy, i would suggest RME or Lynx, i use the fireface400, but keep in mind that the internal cards have lower latencies than the firewire versions, the multiface is a great solution, the lynx on the other hand are even better but needs external converters.(and motu are too fancy  )
check for used ones too, maybe you can find a more expensive/better model for under 1000, a metric halo for example which is very good interface too,, one step above rme motu etc)
