anyone can clear me out about the implications of using partial (hijacked)voice audio samples in my music?..i mean i eard that u can use up to 5 6 sec of any sample(acpella etc) but after that its ilegal??plz clarify.tks

It is technically illegal, but since no psy trance record label has enough money to cover even legal fees, much less any sort of cash settlement if judged against, no one at any movie company cares. There is no money to be made from suing poor people. I'm sure most consider it free advertising anyway.
Also, psy trance records operate on such a small scale that there is usually only one pressing of a disc, so there is nothing that a cease and desist order can apply to, since by the time a media company executive or lawyer would hear the offending sample, the CD has probably already sold out/gone out of print.
If you feel guilty about using samples, just make sure you BUY the movie you are sampling from instead of copying it or downloading a DIVX movie or something.
If "big name" artists like GMS can get away with actually remaking & releasing whole copyrighted songs without permission (Star Wars, BeetleJuice) without getting sued, I wouldn't worry about using some voice sample.
