Well, concering using the name 'isratrance'? I wouldnt say its a violation of right. Isratrance is for me (since before I found this forum) just a term, a name for Israeli trance music. About other legal rights on the page, I wouln't know. I'm just commentating on the 'Isratrance' term.

I am aware of this website. All info is at least copyrighted - e.g. Info about Israeli Trance Music or Artists info.
So let's give them spread a word about Israeli Trance. Though the only thing I don't like is making copyright to Isratrance (as their organization) and using our slogan (Israeli Psychedelic Experience).
I am only concerned about people who will start thinking that IsraTrance.com has direct connection to that site. Hopefully this won't happen. We've seen and faced a lot during the decade we've kept serving trance community.
So, regardless of that fact, we all know the true URL of the true site ;-)
