Due to some circumstances out of our control we are not able to use the venue Spirit haven for this event. We got notice last week that the last couple of events they have had out there have had sound complaints and the venue owner is worried that the cops will want to shut down this event due to that.
We are looking for another outdoor venue. I have two in particular that I am hoping to be able to get. Just kind of playing the waiting game right now. If for some reason we are not able to get one of these outdoor venues we will still be having the party but might have to tun into a 1 day indoor type of thing. Send some positive thought to us! i will keep you all updated.

hmm.....theres gots to be somewhere in Hill Country we can pull this off... Hippie Hollow into a night shindig at one of the surrounding clubs? Wondered about a kind of day-night hybrid festival to subvert the no-festival bylaws of the area....daytime by a lake or somewhere similarly cool (ed), by water, and then pick one of the 10000000s of bars that need solid bidness in the night-time, perhaps into then after/house parties...

Can I get a HELL YEAH!!! Everything is back on  We had to move the venue to a place in east Texas called Armadillo Acres. This is like a 5 hour drive from where it was planned originally but I have a really good feeling about this place. Nice land owner + the land has much more shade,Tall pine trees,a place to swim and hiking trails.
The psytrance stage has pretty music stayed the same but we have had to make some changes and additions to the downbeat area.
As of right now we do not have a food vendor but I'm looking for one in this area. It would be nice to have one but if not it's not that big of a deal.

Camping:
The Katie Guild rules over this land and requests that you leave no trace of your existence on their land when you leave. Please pack out what you pack in....that includes your trash. Cigarette butts are TO NOT HIT THE GROUND. Please bring a tin, like an Altoids package, to place your butts in or use your back pocket. Show some respect for the land owners, the promoters, yourself and the Earth. Ins and outs will be allowed, but re-entry is solely permitted to those wearing wrist bands provided at the gate upon paid admittance. No wrist band...no re-entry, no exceptions....no excuses.

Workshops:
"Physical Embodiment for a Long Night"
This workshop will prepare your body and mind for a long night of dancing and exploration. We will draw on several different movement paradigms, including laban movement analysis, bartenieff fundamentals, clowning, mime, physical comedy, and your own personal experiences. We will build nonverbal communication skills, expressive movement ability, and grounding/centering movements. This course will take your dancing up to the next level and help you have the most fantastic night possible. Kinetic Monkey is a Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst, Dancer, Clown, and a member of the Hofmann Drive, a psy-downtempo project in Austin, TX.
Green/Eco/Sustainable Living workshop provided by Chadman. More details to follow as this shall be an interactive/hands on workshop
Vending:
Jewelry by Sadhana Earth Creations, organic soap by Home Grown Sudz - www.homegrownsudz.etsy.com, & organic soap, jam/jelly & crochet work by Ronnie. Tom Mimosa will be selling his unique soap made from mimosa hostilis root bark. It has medicinal properties and it great for skin irritations/ailments.
We are also encouraging all those who have hand drums to bring them out. We would like to have a community drum circle for the hour leading up to the start of the music on Saturday night.
A sanctuary will be provided for those who wish to get away for a little while and find their inner peace.
Cost:
$25 for both nights
$20 for Saturday night
The gates will open at 6PM Friday night, and close at 3AM Saturday morning. The gates will re-open at noon on Saturday, and close again at 3AM Sunday morning. Arrive early for the best camping spots.

Another addition to the downbeat lineup...
Smitten Space Kitten (Tekno Aborigine Tribe, Unique Freaque Rec) FT. Worth
We have also added a yoga workshop that will be led by our beautiful friend Lydia Marolda.
For all you out of state people....this venue is very close to the border of Louisiana as well as Arkansas. So, it is a far better drive than going south of Austin. We hope to see a few people join us
