It's about time we had a thread on this!
I'm pretty fond of the new label Offworld, which is sort of picking up on that mid-Nineties GLR sound. Here's a Scottish artist called LM1 who does good things:

Another favorite of mine is a German production group called Triad -- they do atmospheric drum 'n' bass that's quite deep and moody.

OK, last one for now.
This is a tune from SpectraSoul, who in my opinion are the absolute best act in drum 'n' bass right now. Their tunes range from the very mellow to the very heavy, but this one strikes me as absolutely perfect for one of those outdoor early morning moments:
