atmos is great! had the chance to here a live set at akasha festival hear in aus.
i highly doubt his album will go unreleased...there would be plenty of labels willing to "pick it up"...tribal vision or iboga most likely |

i don't know when or where the new Atmos cd will take place but i surely know that his old track ''Klein Aber Doctor''(i think)....was the top-selling track in our scene....Remarkable track yeah? |

my favorite tracks from atmos
is
the only process (original) and (haldolium mix)
and of course
FILL THE HAT
yaaaaa
maybe my favorite track of ATMOS....
and
CABLE ENABLE rocks also.....
i hope ATMOS comes out with new album.....

The last time i heard Atmos was in Athens (Greece) 26/4/08.
I am very sad to say this but he played progressive HOUSE...
I didn't like his set at all...
I expected something like psy-prog.
Does anyone have a clue about his new album?
What style it would be?
I hope not like the set i heard...
How can it be an artist with a diamond release like "2nd Brigate" (which for me is his best album and one of my all time favorites) turns to something so commercial?
I think that he must reconsider some things like his past...

Atmos DJ sets have always been much more prog house than his live sets, dont worry.
But I really cant wait for that new album, the first time the announcement for "Royal" appeared on the Spiral TRax site was over 2 years ago. Then Spiral Trax went broke, then he changed to DS and still nothing has happened...oh well, those lazy stoners...

I had the chance to see an Atmos dj set half a year ago in Thessaloniki and I have to say that I realy didn't like it..I always liked in the past Atmos dj sets being more deep tech housy style and I realy didn't like when people complaining about it..Of course in Thessaloniki he fucked up the party...bad ibiza house music and so old stuff..Also as a producer after 2nd Brigade which is one of my most favourite albums ever he released some realy crappy stuff in some compilations.Fortunatelly his latest release a remix on Midi Miliz track Phenomena is kicking asses!I think he should start to produce more techy stuff again,he is doing it much better than the prog house which is R.I.P the last years |

i agree
last time i heard him was in belgrade about 1 year ago, it was open air and he played really massive progressive trax. i liked that very much
but i like rmx of midi miliz much more

the atmos album will be out on digital structures. dont ask me when, but the album is done.
on atmos website www.atmotech.com he is working on a mp3 shop with his music, including the tracks that never got out in the past. i guess also that will include tracks from the "royal" album that was cancelled due to the spiral trax crash.
but as you know, with atmos it can take a while.
i really hope the album + the mp3 shop will be realised in a (very) near future
rock on! |
