Buy a PC like that:
- Pentium IV 2.6 GHz, Bus 800 MHz
- 2X512 Mo SDRAM
- Disque dur Maxtor 160 Go, UDMA 133
- Carte Mère MSI: 6 USB 2.0, 3 Firewire
- Carte Son Digi 001
- Carte Graphique ATI RADEON 9600

someone tryed new amd 64 ?
i read around the net that this nem ship is the best choice for image and sound edition , can u think work with it? but the only bad thing its the price ,this processor is to much expansive yet !
but its nice that there is some motherships that work in 64 bit too for a good price.

to your question, the amd 1600+ will be giving double performance then the P3 800 at least that what the numbers represents, i wont go far if telling here that the benefit for music creating u get from the amd1600+ is equal to the one you will get from P4 1.2 mhz...
and yes you shure will be better with 512 mb of ram and its shouldnt be cost much for this processor |
