we are 100 years back from the London clubs, knowledge etc
over there they have clubs with acoustic treatment inside, can you believe that!!,, i doubt well ever have the pleasure to see and enjoy such class of night clubs in Greece for many years to come
here everything is a snatch and nothing else, everything is done with minimum expenses for maximum profits,, clubs / bouzoukia / food / highways ...
no care for the people, only care is profit..
off topic sorry & total irrelevant with organizers and events, but this thing, being in a club where you enjoy and LISTEN the sound in the ideal acoustic environment is a dream i would love to come true .. (but first a trip to London for an event in such a place would be the best solution to have that pleasure before we die finally  )..

P.S Movek to be honest i didnt understand the meaning of your quote since i was saying back then the same things i am saying today so i cant see a change in my attitude.And by the way are you sure you understand to whom my words in the underlined lines about 1960-1970 attitude refer to?Certainly i am not reffering to either organisers or party people just to help you a little bit.

Only a few clubs have acoustic treatment and I have been to a lot in the 7 years I lived in the UK.
The Rex for example has the same problems as NR6, the further you move away from the P.A., the more you hear the effects of the high ceilieng and massive space. I have been to a lot of parties there, as well as the twisted parties in the rocket, Brixton Mass, the Dragonfly parties in Crash 66 or whatever it was called and a lot of squat parties in Hackney, Tottenham Court Road, EQ Warehouse, Acid Monkey...etc.
None of them places had any acoustic treatment, maybe some drapes on the sides, but nothing else.
The clubs that do have some acoustic treatment, are the places where big techno/house DJs play. When was the last time there was a trance party at MOS? Fabric?

yes ok more commercial stuff would played in such environments , i have to admit that,after all you know better than me pipes, but there are, thats my point, here even at the most expensive club and even in clubs building now or made the last years that is an unknown thing.. it was a general comparison and because im an addict (and even i have no relationships with techno or like it) i would go over there out of curiousness just to listen, nothing more
