well fellaz...we finally have an event for the few of us that can't live without this music:D
(does this belong somewhere else??)
5/30- A Night of Goa#DJ Invisible and DJ Moksa# (Athens)
On May 30th we will be having a Goa night. I know that many people have wanted more events to feature this genre and we at Dash aim to please. If you have been curious about Goa trance then this is the night to come out and experience it.
We are also working on decorating the club in a more Goa style so that the crowd can experience a special vibe associated with this unique style of music.
Fans of trance and hard energy levels should not miss this night!

Take 85north to 3:16 East. Take the Athens/Monroe Exit. Turn left onto 78 across the bridge, go for about 6 miles, bear to the right. This turns into Atlanta Highway. Take this into downtown. You'll pass Best Buy, K-mart, The Varisty is right before you get into the downtown area.
Alt Highway becomes Broad street, you are still going straight. Go all the way to the end of downtown. You will come to a fourway light.
Turn left onto Thomas. Pass the Civic Center. Turn right at the 2nd light Hancock. The club is on the left. You can park pass the club or in any downtown lot.
If all else fails everyone in town knows where Boneshakers is located.

wow, what a great party! we got there atound 11pm or so and things were already rockin'. the place was not packed (less than 100 people i would say), but those who were there spent the whole night on their feet dancing. the party did have to close a bit early (all clubs in athens-clarke county have to close before 3am), but everyone was dancing and shouting even after they turned the lights on. i got a chance to meet kristen the promoter, and she was VERY impressed by the turnout that she got for her party and would definitely like to do another psy party there again in the near future. woot!
