if u mean overclocking, try simply follow the instructions @ tomshardware,but i don't know if you really need anything to change with your AMD.
do you think your box is slowing down because of something ?

no not slowing down was building it last
night and was double checking the bios
and was wondering if anyone else had a setup
for this motherboard that runs better than the basic default setup.. |

Only an overclocked setup will run better than the default one.
beside running better (speed wise) there are some comfort changes you can do such as Boot devices, Power off status etc. but i'm sure that if you built the system on your own you alredy changed them at your preference. |
