it's in an old abandoned movie theater. It has no roof any more.... 
so it's indoor-outdoor.... |

in any case, the venue is located right in Tijuana downtown. The best option is to cross the border walking and take a taxi. Ask the driver to take you to "Avenida Constitucion" between 6th and 7th streets. the place is called "Multikulti" formerly known as "Cine Bujazan" which means Bujazan Theater.

I actually ended up going and had a great time! TJ trancers trancelucid, keep up the good work. this location is absolutely amazing - it is a an old gigantic movie theater that has been stripped down and opened to the sky. Absolutely beautiful and the decor was also amazing, the Dj booth was a replica of the pyramids in Mexico. This was also Mexican independence day so there was lots of fireworks.
