Hello all. I want start that topic a long time ago! So now is the time!
"Astral Projection"
What can i say for that project?I dont find the words.They are No1 trance band in the world i think!What feeling is that?what vibe?
Magic!Tracks of Astral Projection they are even played today...Just Amazing!
they are the first producers of psy-goa trance!some of us we start listen music with them!U Know?
So...For me continues to be my favourite project!
They are many good old projects in goa-psy scene but Astral Projection its something Unique!Something different from other projects! u know?
If u want to travel with your mind just listen some releases of Astral Projection and then u will going to another place...an unknown place..u dont ever imagine!!!
So...that thinks i had to say
I think many of you will have the same feeling with me!
I believe Astral Projection they will be continue to give us the same feeling than good old days!

i literaly started loving trance with Mahadeva...
but i wouldn't go as far as saying they are the best and stuff...

astral projection with astral files(was listening to it every day all day for months at military period,no joke) my first psy-trance cassete tape before 10 years...Mahadeva was the track that initiated me in psychedelia I think...never forget my very first magical psychedelicious moments ,an unexplored sound echo dimension,3d sounds and space tripping,excellent unforgetable trust in trance sounds...!!!
one of my highest trance memories that really changed my life...

personally im very bored with their music...
they dont evole their sound..
they are just producing the same music over and over agian just with different names of each track

I think they were at their peak with the 'Dancing Galaxy' and 'Another World' albums. After that it all got too samey for me. Still, tracks like Liquid Sun, Dancing Galaxy, Triptomine Dream, Searching for U.F.O.'s remain classics to this day...

IMO theyr like godfathers of psychedelia!
i didnt listen to trance at their age i was kinda young 
but i listen to them today and still i get the vibe they gave at that period!

hehe.
green day. punk?
as i see it, green day had one good tune, not really punk that either, then went wanking, then wielded the power of commercialism (teenagers love those i`m-angry-in-a-sweet-way songs), and are back to get yo daughters money & panties.
hehe.
but the astral guys were like melodic masters, then went off to do the same thing over and over, only a bit easier & better produced, also to reach out to a larger, yet different audience.
nothing wrong about that. they are not my band:)

I think when we reach astral projection subject, it's good they ain't progress at all. In their case stangation is positive!
The only thing i wish is to be one day like 10 years ago they were. If it's not gonna happen, i want'em to stay like its now, dont change anything!!
Astral Projection has been nr.1 of goa/psy since forever until today, it will surely remain like it.

Let´s wait and see what their new Album "Open Society" has to give us....
i think they will realease it this year
Astral was for me one of the inspiring acts at my first steps into psycheadelic world.

no theres nothing about there music that makes me trip...i have heard them many times and only the first time was good..imo if you heard them once you dont need to experience them agian..same music all the time or maybe they just play the same tracks everytime they visit us up here
