just an ickle bump up, so this thread dont get forgotten......
tis this weekend....
the 25th october is of special significance for me...
it was the date of a 'total solar eclipse' (that i witnessed) in india (baleshwar), on the 25th october 1995....
this was the date that i 'fliped out' and found my path....
it is also the date i chose to launch my first ever uk party in 1996 (on a wednesday)...
it is also the exact date that 'astral phoenix' was born (launched) at tyssen street studios in 1997.

Re: Tyssen St - I'm sure someone will give you a definitive answer - but didnt the Council realise it never had a public entertainment license in the first place or something?
If I remember correctly it had run for however many years on the basis of doing "private" parties - which clearly they werent...
