Hey forumers  I'm running a new program of workshops, which will be of interest to some of you:

We are launching the Psychedelic Trance Masterclass Sessions in May, aimed at producers who are looking to up their game with advice from the biggest global artists of the Psytrance scene, and first up we're featuring the massive Burn in Noise!
Gustavo will be hosting the session from his studio in Brazil, and will lead a THREE-HOUR seminar on Google Hangout in Studio Mode for high quality stereo audio. The session will feature:
a lengthy deconstruction of a Burn in Noise track, in Logic, using screensharing. Students will vote in the track from a list.
a step-by-step walkthrough of an Essential Psytrance Tip which every producer should have under their belt.
Q & A throughout, for ongoing interaction.
We get the knowledge from the pros: Gustavo's musical process, how he handles writer's block and creative hurdles, and industry tips.
The entire video to download afterward, for paying students only.

Thanks for your interest in the Psychedelic Trance Masterclass featuring the legendary Gustavo Manfroni, AKA Burn in Noise!
There's been a growing trend for Masterclass lessons over the last few years, which give music producers new and old a unique opportunity to look closely at how professional artists get the sounds which define a music scene, and set the production standards. There has, however, been a real lack of these opportunities in the Psytrance scene, which is unfortunate as Psytrance is arguably one of the most difficult genres of electronic music to perfect, production-wise. The aim of all our Psychedelic Trance Workshops have always been to teach skills in a short time which could save years of confusion. So, we're hooking up with the the premiership producers of our scene to present to you an exclusive, interactive look into how they get the sounds which are rocking dancefloors across the globe.
Masterclass sessions online tend to be relatively short, so the education is concise but limited. This seminar will run for a whopping three hours, split into two sessions in one afternoon, with a short break in between. This will be a massive investment in to your knowledge and skills as a Psychedelic Trance producer!
The first part of the session will focus on a Burn in Noise track. Which one? You choose! We'll shortly be putting it to a vote amongst yourselves to decide which of Gustavo's tracks we'll be dissecting. Gustavo will be opening the project in Logic and walking us through the process of writing and production, with screensharing technology, navigated by your questions. This will last for most of the first half of the seminar.
After the break, we'll take a few more questions about the track deconstructing before moving into the Essential Psytrance technique. Gustavo will walk us through one tip which he considers an essential technique that every Psytrance producer should have under their belt. This will be one of his special techniques, so that it's not the same old stuff you can find on YouTube.
Next we'll focus on how Gustavo excels as an artist. What happens when he has a creative block? What are the defining qualities of his work ethic? What processes does he take to get from a blank screen to a dancefloor monster?
Also, we'll be getting his advice for producers who are ready to take their sound to the next level, in terms of promotion and networking. The modern musician needs to be a master of self-promotion in order to keep up a busy touring schedule and release rate, so how does he manage it?
Throughout the seminar we'll be fielding your questions and putting them to Gustavo.
The Masterclass seminar will run on the afternoon of May 12th, 2013. We'll be finalizing the schedule shortly. Book a slot and you will be one of only eight students, so don't worry about having to make your voice heard above a constant stream of chat participants. This is a small, cosy class. Afterwards, you'll receive the entire video to download and watch in your own time, so you can review the seminar to your heart's content. You will need a Google+ account and Google Hangout software, which is free and easy to install. We use Google Hangouts for their Studio Mode, which offers high quality audio streaming in stereo, whereas most other seminar software streams audio in low-quality mono, which we consider to be insufficient for a seminar of this nature. This exclusive session will cost £165 per student, which is payable by PayPal only. Those interested will be given the PayPal address and you will receive an electronic recipt of your payment.
The Google Hangout is a widely-used format worldwide, and is very stable. In the event of an unforeseen internet drop-out on Gustavo's side which results in cancellation mid-session, students will be issued a refund. However, if the internet connection of a student drops out, he/she is responsible for re-connecting to the session. Only once PayPal payments have been confirmed will we register your name for the session. |

Who is selling the video..? I was hearing that your are sharing the video of it after the lesson to all students, so is it for sell too?
