hello ppl , am looking for an explanation to dis kinda musik ..? is this musik really underground as da name sayds ..? or this musik is played all over euro n uk...in clubs ..? i guess we have many indian artists in this genre...?ex. bally sagoo...pls classify..! thx.

Hey..Asian underground a.k.a Asian massive (among many other nicknames) is a mix of electric, techno, bass, ambient and different ethnic sounds. Best defined by ...well... Just listening to it! I am a huge fan and if you need more info check this site out

asian underground is unique .. mainly breaks, big beatz, DnB blended with ethnic music .. Nitin Swahney, Karsh Kale, Visionary Underground, Tabla Science, State of Bengal, Badmarshri, Dhamaal and many more ..
not to mention, Midival Punditz based in Delhi ..
some good stuff .. personally enjoy asian underground when I am not listening to psy .. hehe ..

Asian/arabic beats as good as psyambient imho. I'm a big fan, have a huge collection and love to spin it as well as ambient
